[After a few minutes of Kotetsu deciding he'd rather toy around with his communicator instead of figure out how to actually get it to work, he accidentally manages to get it to switch on to voice which starts recording his absent-minded rambling.Y'know, this thing looks kinda impressive but couldn't they have made it a little smaller? I think my

[Kotetsu is here as well? That could be problematic for future investments, but he would just have to be cautious until then.]

--aah! I wasn't done yet! No no, open again! Open!
[.........weird voice that sounds familiar...... but he can't come up with a name.]
...uh, say that again?

Mr. Brooks is here in Death City, Mr. Kaburagi.

Oh so it's the Judge.]
...
[IT'S THE JUDGE. Quick, dignified response!] AH!
[Nope.]

The silence didn't bother him, and he had to hold back an irritate sigh at the reaction. Given Kotetsu's situation back in Sternbild when he left, he was a little surprised by Kotetsu's lack of frustration. Yuri hasn't yet figured out that any of them are from different timelines.]
So pleased that you remember me.

J-Judge! Ah-- ahaha, yeah of course I do! Why wouldn't I remember you? [...Yuli? Yellow? Suri? Sunny?? Judge will do just fine for the moment.]
Fancy seeing you around these parts Judge! We got the same vacation spot! How embarrassing...

You can rest assured that if I took a vacation, this would not be the most ideal location. [Yuri, on vacation? That would be the day.]
Have you been briefed on the situation? I spoke with Mr. Brooks earlier about our current predicament.
Reply
Hey, same here! If I even decided on one, which doesn't happen much.
--ah, wait. You spoke to Bunny? Really? [Almost about to break into a tirade about where his poor partner is but he gets the impression this is supposed to be Business Talk Time. Calming down... somewhat.]
What'd you... uh, what was these... briefs? I mean I know about as much as I could pay attention to. [Which wasn't much. He's a man of action after all. Listening has never been his strong point.]

Yes, I spoke to him almost two days ago.
[If this was video, you'd see the deadpanned expression from the judge. He wouldn't be surprised about that considering what he knows about you.]
There was much information supplied. Along with the explanation behind the form of NEXT abilities all those pulled through the BREW device obtain. I do trust that you paid attention long enough to discover that much, yes?
[He needs to know what he's up against, after all.]

...ah, yeah, y-yeah! All that! I remember... uh...
[Trying his best to think back on everything he'd managed to soak in since he'd arrived and unfortunately it seems like all the necessary information that is being implied that he knows is... not things he knows. At all. Except for--]
I know about us not having our NEXT powers anymore.

We all have to adapt, but I am certain that you'll be able to manage that.

I have been told that it is beneficial to partner up, and it appears as though you may be in luck in that regard.
You might to well to attempt figuring out how to become a Weapon here. From what I've witnessed so far, the entire concept is rather unconventional.

Guess so. I mean if Bunny's here then that takes care of that whole thing. So what exactly do I need to learn in order to... I dunno, do whatever a Weapon does? Aside from fighting, since I figured that's a thing that'll happen eventually and I'm already good enough at that.

Another Weapon within this city displayed to me the role they play in this war. It appears as though those deemed as Weapons physically transform themselves into a weapon.

--w-wait, what? Really? I can turn into a weapon?
