[The communicator turns on after Ed fiddles with it a moment, and he stares blinking at his reflection for a moment more. He’s looking fairly beat up still, a bandage wrapped around his head and some cuts on his face fresh from fighting. Once he realizes it’s recording, he screws up his face in a frown.]
I know I’m not the only new one here, so I’ll make this brief. Does this place usually drag people here alone, or is it possible people you were with came along as well? I’m hoping- [He pauses, looking down a bit, brow knitted] Well, I’m not wishing this on him... but my brother might be here, and if he is, I need to find him. He... [Ed stops again, thinking on how to describe Al in the most normal way possible] He’d be wearing a large suit of armor.
[There’s a short silence as he thinks about all the information given to him in the chamber] People seem to be set up here for the long haul... [He makes a glance at his right arm, his automail hand visible. His tone following is fairly discouraged] Anyone know a good mechanic here?
