01| Video | January 9th, afternoon
[The prince stares into what appears to be a mirror, albeit an oddly decorated one. He gently brushes the glass, tracing is fingers along the strange patterns, and-
He utters a small gasp as he unknowingly activates the video function.
The basics of the device have been told to him, of course, but for someone accustomed to a fairly medieval level of technology, the sudden shift in the screen is startling. Still, it is what he wished for, and he recovers himself quickly.
Despite the fact that no one can see all of him, he stands with his best poise, taking the edges of the communicator into a delicate grip with both hands as he holds it before himself. His tone is very much akin to what he would use in making a royal proclamation.]
Ah- Good day. I am Prince Siegfried. I do appreciate the effort that has been taken to welcome those of us who have been recently brought... It is good to know something of the battles to come.
[And, more importantly, what it will take to ultimately return to his kingdom.]
To address that further, I have been chosen as a Meister, it seems. Until I find a suitable partner, however, I would like to find some other way to assist! Truly, any aid in discovering what would be best shall be most appreciated.
[He has no intention of sitting about and doing nothing, that much is certain. There is far too much that needs to be accomplished for him to allow that. Far too much, indeed. He inclines his head politely at the screen, for whoever might be watching.]
