To say that I come from a different time and place from this one would be an understatement. Lots of things are strange to me, including what people do here in their spare time. Having so much time to do whatever one wanted, in fact, wasn't something that common folk could enjoy.
That said... [He trails off for a bit, choosing his next words carefully.] what is it that you all, er, do when you're in the company of friends or acquaintances of the opposite gender? Especially if they happen to be pretty close to you.
