I'm pretty good at protecting things, I looked after my friend Phoebe for years. Girl could wield a sword like a pro but ask her to stand up for herself and she was a bowl of pudding. Know anyone like that?

Wow that must be pretty tough for a guy who can lift a building. I mean criminey if I had your strength nobody would have stolen my crackers or called me names!

[Helga hasn't really seen him lift a building but he lifted a tree pretty easily and the tree had to be pretty damn heavy. Nine year old imagination at work says Shizuo is stronger than Santa Claus.]
