[Bold is screaming over the network but this is something that warrants screaming okay]
HE GOT US A PUPPY! [Bold is holding up an excited doberman puppy that seems intent on licking her face off. She doesn't seem to mind though, grinning and holding the puppy in her lap, laughing brightly as she presses kisses over the puppy's face (the dog doesn't seem to mind)]
WE HAVE THE BEST MESITER EVER AND Y'ALL SHOULD BE JEALOUS AS HELL! [She scuffles with the puppy a bit, rolling it over on its back to rub at his tummy, his leg kicking wildly at the air and Bold squeals] Wait, is this the only thing you got us!?
[She whips her head around to look for Neji, apparently intent to demand to know where the rest of her presents are, but Lain takes over then, turning around to face the camera. There are tears in her eyes and she stares down at the puppy like she's never seen something so amazing in all her life. The puppy settles down, tail wagging, and stares back, tilting his head quizzically.]
I...I never thought... I've never been given a gift before... [She might be crying just a little, and she wipes furiously at her cheeks with the back of her fist, before smiling. It's not one of this tiny, shy smiles everyone normally gets. It's wide and bright and just so happy one might mistake her for Bold for a second] Merry Christmas, everyone!
