Several of Shibusen West Europe bases were engulfed in black spheres that spread strong Madness Wavelength around the area. Many of the European agents disappeared, so we were sent to assist the evacuation operations.

The bases in Switzerland and Austria were attacked a few days ago. Many of us have only just returned from the battles.

Am I right to assume that those black spheres were caused by the witches Death City is in a war against?

We encountered a new kind of enemy during the attacks that emitted particularly powerful Madness Wavelength. Lucerne fell soon after one of them made it to the base, so they are most likely the culprits behind the attacks.

Whether they are controlled by the Witches, I am not certain... But it is possible.
