SHIBUSEN EAST AND WEST NOW SHIBUSEN EUROPE
After the shocking events of 21 December, Shibusen West and East Europe have finally finished their efforts to temporarily merge into Shibusen Europe. Deathscythe Tsar Pushka while Deathscythe Justin Law will take control of the field to guard the remaining Shibusen bases and corresponding territories.
The European Union is in an uproar and threatens to denounce Shibusen presence in EU soil if matters are not resolved or improved with the recent attacks. Shibusen will redouble its activities in European soil to countermand the threat and diplomatic efforts are also projected to occur within the next week.
Last 21 December, Shibusen suffered the loss of its Shibusen Lucerne base to perpetrators still unknown. Public representatives stated in telephone interviews that suspicion is heavy on Witch activities, though the information is yet to be confirmed.

These conditions wouldn't last for much longer without something giving, and something finally gives this morning--the sky, cloudy and gloomy and overcast, starts yielding something that feels like very fine rain at first light, but the cold temperatures and odd weather patterns combine to force the tiny wind-borne droplets to turn into something much rarer, and infinitely more curious.
