Yeah, I know what you mean. About what happened all around here this last couple of days. That guy who also snapped and started stabbing people didn't make things any better either, that's for sure.

Well, for every one troublemaker it brings in plenty more upstanding citizens and soldiers for the cause. I suppose it has some concept of what it's doing.

Good for them. Criminals need to be taught they can't get away with disrupting the peace. That's the reason we have laws, after all. [Noa, a stickler for the rules? Of course not.]

... Though I guess sometimes the people making the laws can be corrupt.

Even machines have their mishaps. Though, it would benefit Shibusen if they did find a way to adjust BREW's settings.

[Shakes his head surely.] No, the laws here seem to fair and just. [Glance shifts sidelong.] Then again, sometimes you can blind to the corruption altogether.

It's a bit complicated, but mostly it involved our government attacking creatures from another world which caused an all out war between both worlds to break out.

And the whole reason they were appearing here in the first place was because the damage our government was doing.
