[Unlike usual the feed clicks on right away as video, showing a dark-skinned man with short white hair, long ears and red eyes. What looks like three small red rubies are stuck on his forehead and to top everything off he also has horns. ...Right now Aion is looking like he is fighting a headache.]

Alright. The one time I'm out of the state and not ( Read more... )

So I'm starting to think. [Have a sigh that might be a touch too dramatic to be for real.]

It must have been quite a party looking at the leftovers.

Well. There's always room for more people on clean-up duty. Washing dirty dishes and the like.

[He grimaces, rubbing his aching head once more. As if youths shouting cheesy lines while waving around his weapon form next to a broom weren't enough for a day.]

I'm already on it. You need to know what has all to be done before delegating tasks, you know?

I know the feeling, but I'm mostly a bystander in this case.

Not having done a thing can also be a crime, you know? [Don't think he won't play this game with you- ...baby. Are all small humans like that? Hmmm.]

Oh, believe me, I am familiar with that little argument. I simply meant I don't have the resources to deal with this situation, having only been here for a little over a week. Wouldn't it make sense to leave it to those who can actually make a larger difference?

Other than helping my student in his recovery, of course.

[He leans back, laughing a bit. Aion might be young but there is no doubt that he knows how to conduct oneself as a leader.]

Even the smallest contributions might be of big help, Mister... I don't think that I have caught your name.

[Would you believe him if he claimed that that was totally unintentional..? The name earns Reborn a raised eyebrow but then Aion returns the greeting by gesturing as if he's tipping one of his horns.] Reborn, then. Pleased to meet you. People call me Aion the Sinner.

[Smiling a little bit] And people think my name is strange.

Heh~ People believe in telling names and titles where I come from. It can be quite the bother.

Hn. Titles as well? Are you royalty then? [He is saying this with a completely serious tone]

[The question makes him laugh. True, he's one of queen Pandaemonium's first-borns but then, ALL demons of his world were born by the queen.]

Hardly. My home society was one of many castes, one could say... So most had a title or a rank that designated which part they play in the system. Is "Reborn" a title as well?

So it was something not readily apparent from appearance or dress?

Well, it's a name I picked out for myself. Whether or not that qualifies as a title...

Not really. [Being able to create clothes from your own cells is as much a basic skill as at least mild alteration of shape is amongst all higher level demons. It'd be a giant mess if they tried to tie things down to that. ...Not that he'd hand this kind of information out this easily.]

I see. Your choice must have had a good reason.
