The only heavily affected areas are as reported: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Austria. France is under a state of emergency and taking precautionary measures, but is not in any immediate danger as far as I understand.

We will know if this changes.

It could be worse. If Shibusen can contain the kishin, actual damage will be at a minimum, but their defenses have increased regardless. Those closest to the Alps may be evacuating, but the rest of the country is not.
