[there is a very, very grim and serious death god staring at everyone.]
It has come to my attention that a group of generous individuals has apparently decorated various residences around Death City for the Christmas holidays. I approve of the hard work and encourage the festivities. I also hope that our new arrivals have been able to take this time to adjust to Death City and will participate in the future celebrations.
[slight. eye. twitch.]
However...[and now stepping away from the screen to reveal-
-a hideous, very much asymmetrical tree in the living room of the Execution Mansion.]
I demand to know who put this...this...abomination in my living room!!
[guess who went out to check his own residence after the first few posts on the network? somehow, probably thanks to Liz and Patti, a tree had found itself in Kid's own home. but yes. the young death god was shaking as he now moved closer to the source of his great irritation and woe.]
I do not mind having one [in fact he planned on getting one later to fit in with the mood.] but what kind of Christmas tree is this!? The perfect Christmas tree should be completely even on all sides and have perfect balance both in structure and decoration! This-this-!! [are those rulers? and is he now whipping out a tape measure and measuring the height of the tree? yes. yes he is.]
It's 7 feet and 4.32 inches tall!! Not only is it not at exactly 7 feet, it's not 8! 8 feet would be the optimal and perfect height for a tree!
And look at these branches and decorations-look at them! They're completely uneven, horribly trimmed, and it's fuller on the right side than the left! It's complete unbalanced! The worst tree I've ever seen! Even the ornaments are placed haphazardly-
[he can't. he can't take it anymore. now armed with tree trimmers (where he got those, do not ask) he begins trimming and basically attempting to fix the tree. and yes. he is also using rulers and protractors and whatever else there is available to try and make it perfectly even. oh, and we can't forget that it's not even positioned perfectly centered! so he'll also be doing that.
hello Death City. this is your god. he is a freak. please forgive him. and pray he doesn't get it in his mind that he should go out and check on every single tree out there.]
