Leonmitchelli couldn't find a free podium to record her video from, but she did at least manage an unused desk to stand behind, and between that and her obvious familiarity with public speaking this whole post has a pretty professional feel to it... though there is a certain dissonance between her officious posture and speech and the solitary, informal setting that could make her look a tad ridiculous if it struck one the right way. Still, she speaks with confidence, authority, and an undercurrent of eagerness or zeal that lends some emotional weight to the otherwise carefully-formed words.]
Hello, my fellow Heroes. [You can just hear that capitalization; it's an actual title to her.] As this is my first address to you I'll begin with an introduction. My name Leonmitchelli Galette des Rois, King of Galette, and it is my pleasure to be counted as one of your number. I've come to ask a favor, so I will be to the point: I need a weapon to be of used to you and to our hosts, and I have been assured that it must be one of you to meet that need.
I know it should be too much to ask another to give themselves over to a stranger in such a way and trust them me with their fate. It is all I can do to promise to the one who does so that I will wield them with both honor and skill. [And here her pride somewhat covers for the awkwardness she feels at having to make such a promise at all.] If there are any for whom that promise alone is enough, I would be honored to hear of your interest.
