To express their gratitude, Shibusen has one last surprise for their guests: the option to stay in Nevada, or to return home, no strings attached. Everyone has a difficult decision to make, perhaps one of their most trying: will they make the trip back home, now that the path is open? Or will they stay indefinitely in Death City, to continue their lives as Weapons and Meisters without ever seeing their homelands again?
