CASUALTY COMMUNAL [Open to New guests + NPCs + Volunteers]

And here they were again, with new people and tours and questions and possible molestation. Interestingly enough, though, Soul wasn’t grumpy at all. He was, in fact, in the best fucking mood he’s been in ages. Who can blame him? He just hit goddamned Death Scythe!

“...Is this everyone?” A pause as he was making sure, a nod in the direction of the volunteers who had signed up to help him out, and then he set off to start on the tour. He talked as they moved about, and he gestured in order to show the rest what he was talking about.

“The buildings front of us is Casualty Communal compound, and those ones over there make up the Creeping Crypt. You don’t have to pay rent - just pick a place, buy some stuff and do your thing.”

A bit more walking led them over to a good spot to view another set of buildings in the distance.

“Once you’ve partnered up, you’re supposed to move over there, to Death City Heights. You don’t have to move - some people stay around - but we get new guys coming in regularly, so I think it’d be the nice thing to do if you do.”

Soul paused then, not talking until he had brought the entire crowd to a halt at a larger, clear spot in the area. From the way he marched right over to one of the lampposts and set his back against it, it was clear that he did this way too often.

You may want to note that there's a large table set up in the area, stacked with baskets containing food, toiletries and other basic necessities to get one started. Each basket had a card in them, welcoming them to Death City. Oh, and the person manning the table is a silver-haired, friendly-looking boy who appears to be ready to give them out the moment you ask him. He had an armband on, emblazoned with one word: 'SEES'.

Soul went on to wrap up the tour.

“The Clinic is in this part of the city too, for the sick and the injured.” A beat. “If you’ve got questions, feel free to ask them now. Me and the other people here will try to answer them as best as we can.” Oh yeah... he gestures to the table beside him. “Don't forget your freebies.”

SEES Thread [Open to New guests + NPCs + Volunteers]

That's what the table full of baskets were for; the new guests that had just arrived. SEES had put a lot of work into them all, filling them with cans of food, bottles of shampoo and conditioner with bars of soap, along with a few changes of clothes, both male and female. Just in case someone came in in their pajamas.

But there were several people around in the different areas, all wearing a red armband with the acronym SEES on it; they're there to help. And Souji, with his basket of goods at the C.C, is there to help out in this area of the tour. So come on up to him, ask any questions about Death City or SEES, and grab your free basket!

[A surprisingly familiar small form is pushing her way over to the table, all smiles. She waves,] Souji!

Mary? [Souji grins, coming out from the other side of the table.]

You've come back.

[She heads over to him, practically bouncing with excitement.] It seems I have!

How have you been?

[socialinking]

And you remember everything, too?

[He smiles.] Things have been going well. I'm okay, and so is almost everyone else.

I cannot remember for the life of me his friend's name... orz

I think I do! I'm glad to hear that you're feeling good!

THANK YOU. I kept thinking Souske, and knew that was not right. One character off...

[She thinks] I guess I'll see if I can get the same apartment I had. It'll be easier.

Maybe, or you'll probably get a new one. If you can. I know that I moved out of the CC, and I'm living with my partner in one of the Death City Heights apartments.

[She giggles a bit.] Maybe I should bring cookies! Is Youske well?

[His smile becomes a little more strained.] No. Yosuke got sent home.

[Her smile fades into concern.] Oh, I'm sorry...

[She smiles encouragingly.] Maybe he will come back!

Maybe. I doubt it, though. [He shrugs.] It's okay, though.
