Description: Some friends catch up on one another. Also tea parties.
For Jade:
[While partnered, Nepeta had yet to actually move out of her room in the Casualty Communal. Well, moving was really a very loose term since she had started using this place more for storage than anything else. She preferred to sleep outside in a little cardboard box she had set up for herself in a nearby alley. It was likely the only reason they place was clean (if a little dusty).
Said dust has been wiped down and she had set up the tail with a nice white table sheet she had found during one of her dumpster dives. All it had needed was a good washing--people really did throw away perfectly good things. All around the room were various items and trinkets she had found and spruced up as best as she could, but most of them were broken, beyond the ability of her unskilled hands to repair.
The tea was done, but the cupcakes were still in the middle of being cooled down before they could be frosted. If Jade showed up soon, maybe the both of them could decorate together.]
For Aradia:
[Nepeta had only arrived earlier in the day from her mission with Rei. Apart from having to get so close to the ocean, it had actually gone rather well. Nepeta was happy to be seeing more of this world and it was the first time she had gone out of the city. The place they had gone to had been so cold, especially coming from a place like Death City but it was so much more natural than this place that it almost made her want to stay.
It was nice at least to know that there was a way out of this city. She simply wasn't a city girl--or even one accustomed to civilization in general so this had been a much needed break for her. When they had finished with their mission it had been a good time for her to just have fun running wild and free and reflect on a lot of things. She realized that she hadn't really talked much with any of the trolls recently except for Equius, and she knew why.
It was time to fix that, she missed a lot of them and Aradia was always so fun to be with, so that's how she found herself knocking at her door, thermos in hand and a box of pastries in the other.]
