Build: Slender, to the point of appearing feminine. However, he is fit and possesses especially strong leg muscles.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him: Anything, really! Mistake him for a girl, suggest that he seems like he may be on something, make remarks on swords as phallic objects...whatever you do to him, he's most likely to just smile and play along nicely. If he hears anything of interest to him (e.g. about government, revolution, swordsmanship, state of Japan), however, he'll perk up and adopt a more serious mood.
I would strongly suggest not mentioning family, because said memories will likely trigger angry!Soujirou and a possible mental breakdown. Also, don't mention any canon details later than Act 97 (the one where Soujirou returns with the pastries), since I'm playing him as if he was brought to camp on the way back to the base. If there's anything I'm forgetting, I'll be sure to add it.
Abilities: He didn't earn the nickname "Tenken" (Heaven's Sword) without reason. He has an inborn talent for swordsmanship and is commonly regarded as one of Kenshin's toughest opponents. One of his specific abilities is the Shukuchi, which allows him to go from rest to top speed in a split second and close the distance between his opponent, making it almost appear as though the space between them has magically shrunk. He has excellent reflexes and can turn quickly while performing the Shukuchi as well, and can even climb his way up walls. However, the strength of his leg movement also destroys everything in its path, so in any place that he performs the Shukuchi...yeaaaaah, it's going to be trashed. His other trademark move is the Shuntensatsu, which combines a move called the battoujutsu with his Shukuchi to attack at top speed and kill an opponent before they can even feel pain D: But he's probably not using that unless he's really pissed at you.
As for non-fighting abilities...he is an excellent public speaker (diplomacy, yo) as well a master of burying his emotions at all times. He can also play a decent game of chess.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Like I said before, pretty much anything goes! Just ask first ♥
Maim/Murder/Death: Oh, by all means, feel free to challenge Soujirou to a fight and let the bloody mess commence! He'll be bored without a little training anyway. I only ask that he not be killed or seriously maimed (e.g. lose an arm)...I think he can tough out any other serious injuries. If you have any questions or concerns, again, ask away~
Cooking: ...uh! I don't think we've ever seen him anywhere near a kitchen in canon, and somehow I have a feeling that he would be a terrible cook. He'll probably eat other people's cooking if he's hungry enough, after checking for possible poisoning and/or hidden messages.
Kissing/Hugging: Hm. Well...if you want to, go ahead. However, be warned, anyone who attempts any physical contact will probably be immediately shoved back. Life as an assassin generally does not give one the basics of social interaction, and he'll think you're attempting a murder or something :< Or he'll just be really confused and you get a rare notsmiling!face. It's hard to tell, though, because the only person with whom he seems comfortable with in canon is Yumi, Shishio's...uh...love interest. She even grabs his hands and hops around squeeing while he just gives her a ":)?" face.
Notes for the Psychics: It should stand out that he seems to lack any emotion except for comfort--that means no joy, no anger, no anything. HOWEVER. There is a whole mess of issues behind all that, so that may be just barely visible to any mind-readers. Not that he'll acknowledge it, but it's there.
