Okay, so I know I never update this thing, sorry.
But yay, I'm really happy, because I applied at the Good News Café a while back, and they just called to ask me to come for an interview this Wednesday! Hopefully, I'll get the job! I know and am on good terms with almost everyone working there, so I'm really optimistic. It's a position as food runner. I'm nervous, but still super excited.
As most of you probably know, I've been unemployed for an obscenely long amount of time. Money has been tight, and I feel like an asshole for not getting a job sooner, but I don't know. I've been really picky, and I don't want to work somewhere I won't be happy. But I've wanted to work at Good News for a while, I think it'd be so fun, so I'm really, really excited. Not only does this mean I'll be working somewhere awesome, but I'll have money for gas, food, etc, so my mom can stop being angry at me and yelling at me to get a job. So, yay.
