Alright who's bored? That's right kids, it's Shayna. I am fried due to an inexplicable bus error and a 1000 word bullshit essay that I'm too ... I dunno too something. There have been focus issues all day, I keep looking at the clock as if there's something I'm waiting for. But there are no big plans, after this I'll probably give up and go over to Jon's.
I was talking about him to Sammi tonight, complaining that I have no one here to gush to about him. My roomies are fabulous but they're not close friends, I hardly see them ... which is completely my fault but still! Jessica listens politely but I know she doesn't really wanna hear about it. LORD KNOWS Alex is less than interested. I suppose this is the down side to dating your best friend in the area, there's no one left for story time!

In other news Jessica and I have succeeded in roping Lauren into our weekly ballet classes. Which has in turn played nicely into my "talk Jessica into rooming w/ Lauren next year" plan ... God I am so good. But yesterday we put on our dance shoes and were all terrible ballerinas together. It's so much fun, but it all feeds about into how mad I am at myself for not developing any talent earlier on in life. You cannot imagine how much it hurts to know that if I'd heard Rent 4 years earlier I could have secured myself some voice lessons, some auditions, some experience. But now I'm in school, and there's work, and there's a major geared toward a real job and no time left to learn what everyone who's getting the roles learned 10 years ago ... why couldn't I have been born to a stage mother?
