Zunny... Art Six soon!!!
So fall is beginning to make its way into North Texas. Yesteday was pretty wintery... very dark and cold and rainy for most of the day. As I was walking to work at 8am in the rain I just kept telling myself, "Practice for Portland. Practice for Portland." Coincidentally enough, Denton and Portland have nearly identical forecasts for today (they are side-by-side on my google homepage). Gah I can't wait for December to come! Oregon doesn't know what's coming... watch out! Cody and Rachel are taking to the skies.
Today is still pretty cold, it's just not dark and nasty outside which I'm happy about. I don't like that weather, although I have to admit that yesterday was kinda nice in a I-don't-want-to-see-the-world kinda way.
I want dusty doo to be here! I miss him so.
And just cause I miss her... Haha we look ridiculous in this pic... that was senior year.
Thanksgiving break won't come fast enough. I need to make my spring class schedule today and start reviewing for my cartography test next week. Ugh... that class. Conservation last night was good, though. I'm thoroughly enjoying that class and want to take more like it.
Need to go buy some Burt's Bees lip balm, too. The change in weather is making my skin do all kinds of crazy things.
