Extreme Makover Home Edition
so im sitting at home watching tv and on comes a show that often comes on, extreme makeover home edition. usually there are families on there about how they were victims in iraq or they were victims of a fire, but the one that was on tonite really hit a nerve with me. im always explaining to people to live life to the fullest because they may never get another chance to do this all over again. well the family that was on went through something most of us would never thiink could happen. this man, a husband and a father of three, was shopping in a store one nite when a man entered the store and began to shoot people. two other people died and this man was shot in the head and survived, but is now blind in both eyes. this happened in november in florida. no one expected this to happen to this man because he was such a great person. his family was devasted, but they are strong and are living through it. this made me really think, how would i feel if that happened to my boyfriend? how would we all feel if the person we truely cared about and loved was shot when we were laying in bed thinking of them? how would you feel if they died and you never got to tell how you really feel about them? how would you feel if one day you woke up and they were gone? live everyday as it were your last. never live with regrets. always tell the one you love that you love them before they leave and never go to sleep mad or let them leave anywhere mad without your last words being "i love you and never forget that."
