HOORAY for actually being social again.
So tonight started out with mom's surprise dinner, which was a lot of fun and the food was good as hell. After I left there I brought my brothers home and changed and Carly came to pick me up. We went over to Thornberry where Nick from Banana was having a party. Hes apparently graduating this semester type deal... They had a guy there who went to bartending school who was making mixed drinks for everyone. (Free mixed drinks, um fuck yes.) He made me and Carly a drink called "sex on a surfboard" which was REALLY quite tastey. There was also a girl walking around every 10 minutes with a tray full of jello shots. They were honestly the best jello shots Ive ever had. I got a little buzzed and watched some beer pong. Becca Fox and Philip Gridley were there. Becca is so awesome, Ive missed her.
So we mingled for about an hour and then pulled a really slick sneak away move. We didn't want Nick and Becca to get mad if they knew we were leaving to go to another party. I ended up driving Carly's car, and at first we thought we were going downtown to Taylors but there was some confusion and we ended up meeting Dunkle, Keyes and Lambert in the cul de sac. From there we jumped in Keyes' car and went to Don's where there were a bunch of Davis Lake people drinkin and smokin. I hung out there for a little bit and called to see if Kyle and Brad would come pick me up around 2... And they did, which was very very nice of them.
I have to be up at 8 so I can get ready and finish packing and leave for the airport. Im pretty sure I'll get on the 12:30, right now there's about 17 seats still open so I have a good chance. It sucks trying to pack the right amount of winter clothes into ONE carry on suitcase. I HATE being a non rev sometimes. Im only gonna be there for like, 3 days? But since its snowing I have to pack thicker clothes, and it looks like im trying to stay for a freakin week and a half.
PS, I hate how guys lie. It really bothers me. I dont know if one in particular is a liar but I have a very sneaky suspicion and right now I have a little bit of a reason to....but I dont have enough evidence to convict yet...so we'll have to wait and see what happens within the next few weeks.....
GOD DAMNIT. Life really sucks sometimes.
