not being able to take a shower last night due to lack of hot water is bad.
waking up to water all over the floor is worse. by all over, i mean in the bathroom, the hallway, bethy's room, the kitchen, and part of my room.
i called the maintenance people, and they are working on it. there is no one in the apartment next to me, so they have the plumbers digging in the bathroom next door.
i had to spend this morning gathering up wet clothes and toys and trash from the offspring's room, much to my resentment and disgust.
she gets to finish the process this afternoon.
