I'm finally going to do that meme-thingy that dferguson, john_flint . . . and probably other people have done as well. I'm posting a picture of me. Aren't you thrilled?
Thing One is going to a slumber party tonight, and I said I'd make brownies for it. I needed more cocoa, so I was going to walk to the store.
The bank thermometer said 2°. According to Yahoo! weather, it was -2°, with a windchill of -20°. The things I do for my kids.
And, of course, I wound up using a different recipe than I had planned, and I didn't need the freaking cocoa after all.
