There are usually lots of geese around NIU, all year 'round. Or at least it seems that way. The last month or two, they've been suspiciously absent. I guess we can't blame them, given the polar vortex. They probably went further south looking for warmer weather.
They're back. Just in time for us to get some more super cold weather. But for now, Watson Crick (which, yes, starts near the biology building, Montgomery Hall) is not frozen over, and they're taking advantage of it. I should remember to take bread with me tomorrow.
