getting better...
today I've got laryngitis. really odd voice! not sore throat. Saw Dr Ed (our wonderful primary care Osteopathic doc) today; he confirms that this is a virus and says that this stage is toward the end, when the airway (includes vocal cords) is sloughing off the dead bad-guys from the virus. so hopefully by tomorrow or the next day I'll be back to par. Thanks to Juice Plus nutritients, I seem to have had an abreviated version of this; Ed mentioned that his wife had it last week and was so week, she could barely stand. So I guess I'll not complain. It's day five and almost done, plus mostly required lots of liquids and rest--no nasty cough, no horrible sinus congestion--just a bit of each, briefly.
