This is all really awesome. I have a soft spot for western though. I can't decide which Jared version I like better. I kind of like the highlights. I love the worn paper look and the bullet holes heart.

(The Jensen image isn't showing for me btw. I don't know if the link is broken or if it's just a placeholder)

Thank you for your lovely comment! I too have a soft spot for Wild West things now. It was a lot of fun to do research for this set.

The link to the picture was indeed broken. I just updated the post because right now our wi-fi is back up. I hope it'll last but even if not, at least the art is posted now. Hope you'll like the rest of the set, too.

Wow, these are awesome! The banner is just stunning, I love the various layers, it looks incredibly unique and the old world photographs set it off beautifully. The dividers with the bullet holes is inspired! You've done an amazing job with the theme with all of the old paper look.

I haven't read the fic or the synopsis yet, but I'm intrigued by the dragon; not a usual western addition :)

The drawing of Jared looks embossed, your highlighting has given it a 3D effect, it looks fabulous. Great work, I can't wait to read the fic now!

Aww, thanks! I'm glad you like the banner, I had lots of fun playing around with the single elements until it all came together. Don't get me started on the bullet holes though, they took me such a long time, ugh. I'm very happy they work for you, you have no idea!

And yes, Wild West and dragons, quite the combination. I want people to write more stories like this. Or about dragons in general. I bet Sam and Dean would make nice dragons, too. I'd draw them :).

Great stuff and I really LOVE the dividers! What a fab idea! And for some reason the drawing #4, the shack really appeals to me too.

Gosh, I'm so happy the dividers are working for you. I was doubtful till the very end about them. And I have a soft spot for #4, too. Glad you liked that one!

This is a gorgeous art post. Love the divider gif at the end of the dividers. That was unexpected - and awesome. Love all the works - the colours and textures work beautifully. Congratulations.

The dividers were much work but also lots of fun. The gif, too. Trying to figure out the timing of the bullet holes, for example. Like, how long would one need to aim for that last perfect shot? I never used a gun so it was all guesswork but as long as the basic idea comes across, I'm good :).

Thank you for your lovely comment, I'm glad you liked this set!

These are just fabulous. All the sketches on aged paper. And those bullet hole dividers leading to the gif was inspired. Then dragons and dragon babies love, love, love it. I also really loved the discussion of your process I really appreciate when artists do that.

That's exactly how I felt :). Dragons? Dragon babies? Hell yes! I want them and doodle hearts all around them and just, ack, I don't even know!

I'm happy you liked the result and the technical blurb, too. Thank you!
