Ha ha I love that gif! I had to stare at it for several cycles, it's so cute! The fish and chips cracks me up!
Love the style too - so bright and sparky. Great set, my dear!

I'm glad you do! Yes, this set really is unusually chipper and bright for me, but I couldn't resist. It is called spring fic exchange, after all :).

Well exactly, push the boat out and use the bright sunny palettes!

Heeee, pet rock! And the fish gets eaten. So practical, John :D Lovely art. I know absolutely nothing about animation but I remember a friend banging her head against the table over having to create a little bit of it, so kudos to you.

Thank you, I'm glad you like it! I don't think I can take credit for making an animation, though, since nothing really moves in that gif ;). That would honestly surpass my skills, too. I tried making one once and ended up 72 hours later, no sleep, several hundreds of layers, and GIMP crashing on me with every other click. Headbanging against the table seems to be a common theme when facing that particular challenge.

No worries, I can still see! (With corrective lenses, but that was a preexisting condition...)

I love the visual depiction of the conversation in the banner, and the colors in the last picture give it a warm, happy tone. Bravo!
