Well, Kanda wouldn't be ON Rabi unless Rabi was topping from the bottom. 'Cause. Kanda doesn't top. :D

Kanda in general likes Rabi. We can assume from canon that they know each other pretty well and talk a lot. But Kanda thinks that Rabi needs to be more serious. About everything. He can see the potential Rabi has to be a great fighter, not that he isn't already. But he could be so much more.

Rabi trying to get Kanda to loosen up alternates between amusing him and REALLY PISSING HIM OFF. He's just like "stfu and let me be an emo whore in peace, damn it." He has shit that he has to do and sometimes, when Rabi does that, it makes it seem as if Kanda's goals don't really mean anything to Rabi. Like they're just things he should brush off and forget about. Now I'm pretty damn sure that's not what Rabi's thinking, but. Kanda's kinda retarded, so. XD

As for the flower thing, there IS a good chance that Rabi knows. And if he DOES know, then he should be able to understand why Kanda just can't settle down and make friends and be happy. And so on and so forth. But in general, if Kanda has issues, he'll usually go to Rabi first, if Komui isn't around or is being stupid. He actually trusts Rabi a lot and has faith in him. And he will never admit it, but he's one of the few people he'd actually call a "friend."

The whole Bookman thing, Kanda really doesn't have any opinion on. It's what Rabi wants to do and he should follow through with that to the best of his abilities.
