An IC Secret Santa itself isn't that hard, most of the planning would be handwaved and plotted OOCly after all. And for gift exchanging a party would be obvious, but just that was what we did when Haruhi wasn't around. If she is around I feel something more should be done, or maybe something better. But I can't think of anything in particular besides what I mentioned.

Yeah I agree, but a Secret Santa in and of itself isn't a bad idea either - I just don't know if it would be better to do it as a Brigade or a Luceti thing.

Another idea besides the olympics thing could be a Xmas decoration competition, though the Malnosso have ruined that a bit already I think they could still do something to give each house and such their own flavor.

Hm. That's actually not a bad idea either. ... I'll collect all this into some sort of a post by the end of next week at latest, then maybe see if we can kick things off post-draft, have it all up (forward dating as per Griff's suggestion) by the 21st or so.

If we're going to do the Secret Santa on top of something else maybe we should get started with the signings now to have time for people to sign up and then make the pairs. Shouldn't we?
