I couldn't find any existing plans or anything of the Cullen house, so I have sort of come up with it in my own mind:
--Huge carved oak front doors--very imposing--that look more like they belong on a castle than a house.
--The doors, however, are the only gothic thing about this place. Inside it looks like a highly updated metrosexual sort of space, with high ceilings, lots of windows and light, and lots of glass.
--There is a large, high-ceilinged living room with a giant fieldstone fireplace that is pretty much the centerpiece. Off of this there is a hall leading to the kitchen and a master bathroom, along with a master bedroom and two other sizeable bedrooms.
--The kitchen is pristine and looks like something directly out of a designer catalog, except there is no dining table. :| The Cullens ate on the go.
--There is also an upper floor which I assume has enough bedrooms to house the rest of the Cullen Family, along with another bathroom. The bathrooms have to be big to store all the makeup and hair care products required by the Cullen brood.

--There is attic space where recently Derek has hidden from the sun.
--The walls are still currently marked up by the blood that he has used to draw symbols on them.
--Buffy is currently staying in the house to use it as a place to lure him away from the village.
That's some basic info. Obviously the floor plan could be altered to suit the needs of the brigade. Like I said, it is sort of a plot point at the moment but maybe once Derek's plot is played out it could somehow be made into a casino destination.
And yeah, I am not sure how the IC thing would work either unless somehow Buffy told Haruhi about the place? IDK? Jack would be pissed on one level because he dislikes Luceti's organizations, but he might enjoy visiting it as well, being a gambler.
But Jack would indirectly be supporting a bunch of teenage kids becoming deviants! Because a bunch of kids opening up and running a casino is such a good idea. XD
I'd love to do the floor plan if this actually happens. Just an offer, if this actually gets off the ground. :|a (I'm sure there's other people with floor plan software.)
These are indeed delicious notes. It could be something like they make it in House 37 for now... but that's obviously a house so if they need a more permanent destination they could jack that Cullen House if I can wing a way for her to become aware of it.

Oh man, that would be awesome. Basically? I see it as similar to the house they lived in in the movie, except maybe not QUITE as glass-walled.
