Ho Ho Ho……………
There’s me and my roomie’s Christmas tree. Not that there is some major bonding between us b/c we’ve got a tree, but…oh well. Christmas is almost here! I’m super excited. I’m getting my youngest sister some gifts for Christmas. She’ll be sooooooooooooooooo excited!
This damn cup of cocoa shouldn't be my last resort to keeping myself warm. I could strangle my roommate. 30 odd degrees outside, and she wants to turn off the central heat. Heck...If she wants to conserve energy or whatever, I'll pay the bigger half of the electric bill....but there should be no reason for me to shake inside my own apartment. Hell...I pay rent here too.
Where has America gone? This is sad...
"We just wanted to show them the love of God and what Christmas is all about." -- Laverne Gillespie, who protested the secular nature of Denver's holiday parade
"Holiday celebrations where Christian music is being sung make people feel different. And because it is such a majority, it makes the minority feel uncomfortable." -- Mark Brownstein, a parent in a town whose high school forbade a school band to play Christmas songs
"I think that people have become a little too dogmatic in their beliefs on either side." -- Eric Chabrow, a Jewish father who says his son should be able to play Christmas songs in the high school band
