[Not exactly in a public building, but Buffy is chilling by her favourite bridge--the one between house forty-seven and house seven. She's leaning with her back and her red wings against the rails, her elbows hooked over the side. Kyon gets a bit of a glance as he walks by. After all, he looks like a new face. At least it's someone Buffy doesn't recall seeing before.
