Haha thank you!

Um... well, that's an excellent question. :D When writing it, I thought he just ran away in wolf form for a few months, as per Eclipse-epilogue, and the story spread to cover his absence was that he was visiting family. And once he got back to Forks, he didn't want to open himself up to anyone again, and definitely not Bella, which is why he waited so long to go see her.

If that makes any sense. I wrote this fic at 2 in the morning. :]

Her words come fast and soft and choked against his shoulder, and he matches them with his, missed you, want you, love you, love you, love you. He breathes apologies into her mouth in between brushes of his lips but she stills them; their mutual atonements can come later, just kiss me again, always loved you.

Oh, this is so amazing. It's one of the most beautiful J/B fics I've ever read. The way she left Edward on the day before their wedding, the way that after so long apart Jacob and Bella miss each other so much...

I'm so in shock with how well-written this fic is. I love it, and I love you, and the angst just makes it better.

I really love this line. It's so great especially Jacob as the "imperfection in its most glorious form" part.

From him, and from her own glorious humanity, the body that allows her to feel everything he's doing, and knowing how painfully close she had been to giving it up.
Guh, I wish she really did choose him.
