After the weird bit this afternoon, the Doctor was even more determined to make Sarah Jane a brilliant dinner. And so he did, putting together the scallops with his handmade linguini and a white lemon sauce with whatever spices he could find, as well as a lovely side of sauteed carrots, and mango salad for dessert.
It was lovely. At least, he hoped so. And he hoped that, regardless of whatever else went on, Sarah Jane would enjoy it. She deserved to be treated well. Considering bloody Aberdeen. He was still guilty about Aberdeen, to this day.
