Term 22: Sorting Period #01 (Prompt)
SORTING PERIOD #01 (PROMPT):
Sorting Elite (sorting_elite) is the sorting community of Hogwarts Elite (hogwarts_elite). Each period applications will be posted in the community for the members to sort into one of the four houses or squib. The number of applications posted each period depends on the number received. However, each member of the community is required to sort 4 applications each Sorting Period. If less than 4 applications are posted in a period, then the sorting quota will be reduced to the number that we have (so if there are 3 applications, the quota will be 3).
PERCENTAGE SCALE FOR SORTING ELITE:
Points are awarded for sorting based on the percent of a house that completes their quota. You can see the specific percent breakdowns below in the gray box labeled "possible points". In periods where there are 6 or more applications, an additional bonus of 20 points will be awarded to members of the community who sort all the applications during the Sorting Period.
BEING LABELLED INACTIVE:
The term "inactive" will apply to members of the community who do not reach the sorting quota during two consecutive periods, and newly sorted members who don't reach their quota in the period following their official sorting. Inactive members of the community do not count towards the sorting percentage. For an inactive member to regain active status, they need to sort 4 applications (or less depending on the number that period) and submit the links of their votes to the official member registry. Make sure you have sorted by the time listed at the bottom of this post in order to guarantee you won't miss out.

7,500: 100%
5,000: 90% - 99%
4,500: 80% - 89%
4,000: 70% - 79%
3,500: 60% - 69%
3,000: 50% - 59%
2,500: 40% - 49%
2,000: 30% - 39%
1,000: 01% - 29%
