I agree, Ravenclaw is the logical answer for you. Plus, you sound so much like me that you can't possibly belong any place else.

You might not think it but I see you as a Slytherin more than anything else. 10, 12, and 14 were the definate scale tippers, though. Subtle reminders of where you belong.

Amanda - a Gryffindor who calls it "kare-uh-mell" because she lives in the South and that's how we say it down here.

And power-hungry Slytherin
loved those of great *ambition'. (the Sorting Hat in... PoA, if I remember correctly...)

While Gryffindors might be competitive, ambition is very clearly a trait associated with Slytherin house. And then, of course you aren't conniving all the time -- that would be rather unhelpful in many, many cases, wouldn't it?

So, Ravenclaw qualities or no, in the end I'll go with Slytherin for you...
