What Happens Camping Stays at the Campsite

We booked two weekends away now that I have the trailer. The first one is in August, and we're heading to Ferris, where my friend Erin from highschool and Helena from work will be attending, with David and Lea on the Saturday for one night.  We are so excited!

The second weekend is at Rideau and that's with so far just Kate. Scott can't make it sadly, but we'll have a blast nonetheless! she's my total wingman and we're already planning everything!

This week is super busy as per normal. Last night and tonight I work out, tomorrow I have dinner with the foster family, Thursday I am downtown for a bit with Kim getting my bracelet fixed and her glasses, Friday Kim's for work out and a movie, Saturday work out, car hitch put on, Erica's birthday party.  Sunday my friend's son's 3rd birthday party, Tuesday tattoo starting, Thursday dentist, Friday nails, dye hair for Gloria's wedding, Saturday the wedding, Sunday home, Monday next tattoo appointment, and all throughout this working out on the P90X.

Man, does that thing give results.

But mostly I am excited for the wedding and camping. Moreso the camping because we all know the terror I might experience with all the groupies here from work but I bought a dress on sale that will rock everyone's world and show them what I have! It will feel good for the first time being picked on not because they hate me, but because this time they are jealous. Yep, that's childish, but I tolerate it all week, I don't need more of it.

Last Thursday I had dinner with Annette after our audit. We passed with flying colors, and on top of that, the Law Society gentleman representative complimented my file list saying how impressed he was.  We went out, spent a fortune...and during the dinner I found out from my aunt that for sure Opa has cancer in the abdominal and possibly the colon.  I cried the next day in the evening, while Facebook messaging all of those that my Opa asked me to.  I talked to Gail, for the first time since the 50th Anniversary, and left a very generic but open message not confirming nor denying anything but letter her know I am around and not going anywhere.  She responded with something incredibly heartfelt. I was stunned. I also left a message for my brother but as per usual he did not answer.

I spent the night with Steve that night. He knew what it was. He's left me alone since knowing that it was nothing more than what I needed at that time.

Now, home for another session of P90X, working out the cat, doing some laundry, and dusting. Maybe washing the floors and another episode of Will and Grace.
