Mail His Ass A Letter
Brandon says that he doesn't like traditional "snail mail" letters. He says e-mails are better, and I disagree. I love mailing letters, and receiving them on paper. It makes it much more personal, just knowing that someone took the time to get out the paper, write it up, seal it in an envelope, stamp it, and stick it in their mailbox. The steps following, including complex handling of the letter through the U.S. Postal Service makes it even more special. The idea of it getting to you through such a frustrating way is kind of...I don't know, it makes you feel important.
Much more important than if someone presses a few buttons.
Anyway, to prove to him how nice getting a letter can be, I'm going to mail him one. A long one. And I expect a reply.
I'm trying to find an alternate route to him, since the phone is getting shut off. I don't want to break contact forever. He's my friend.
