[Shadow] A Missive

This is delivered to each of the following people, written in Shadow's familiar spidery script and sealed with her personal seal. The background of the stationary is A White Tower against a purple backdrop, a rose wrapped around it and settled against the top with a silver bud and an emerald stem, a hawk lined in silver above and behind the tower and the following sigils stacked on top of one another on the front of the tower: House Maudeen, House Madoc, and House Eiluned, in that order.
The following recieve this: the Queen, Duke Mallory, Countess Dismas, and Count Iain
"Your Majesty, Your Grace, and both of Your Excellency's,
I have waited and waited and waited to see what Rolling Hills is doing about the threat of the Formori. So far I have seen little. His Excellency, Count Madoc, has been building a Navy slowly, I know this because I was overseeing it for several months while he was out in the dreaming.
But what of an Army? What are we doing to help combat against the Winter Princess who is waging war in the Kingdom just north of us? I have intel on her, and I would pass it along. I have met her, and I have talked with her, and I have seen her insanity.
I have not seen Rolling Hills raise their hand to protect even themselves. And I ask, what can I do? Where can I be of help? I love this land, it has been a home to me like no other. I have done nothing but care for the county I live in, teach at the school I love, and protect it like it was mine own.
Please, I ask of you, what can I do to help bring Rolling Hills to arms? This is my home too, and I want to be sure she does not fall.
