No Subject
Well today was very eventful. Ya know, woke up, had the day off so I sat around. Didn't feel like heading out... not that mother nature would have permitted me to do so anyway.
It randomly started down pouring and lightning. In about 25 minutes we had a flood warning and severe storm warning and a transformer blew on a couple streets, starting random fires. To this time you can still see the light flickering over the trees out back of my house. The bolts could be seen striking random objects in neighbor's backyards and the thunder cracks were loud enough to keep my cat on high alert.
Ultimately it disallowed frisbee, meaning I will not see Ashley, Jessica or Rob for three days, because they're going to Splash Lagoon in PA. I'm going to miss them for the time being because we have done nothing but hang out almost every day, but I know they'll be back. In the mean time I get to work and prepare for more hours in the road ahead as Eric and Chris leave in a couple days for Michigan. Then when they leave, Ash and all them will be returning, only for Ashley to leave for Florida in a week or two. Which reminds me... classes will be starting... hooray.
