Love this band. Gives me the strongest memories of Vortex... feeling amazing, untouchable, stumbling home at 6am exhausted but giddy with energy, struggling into my work uniform, sitting on a bus for 1/2 an hr gazing out the window and just floating on clouds, watching the sun rise.
And now? It's just... a "club". *sniff*
Since we're in the mood here's a few pics from VNV's gig last year that I stole from someone. It's the only time I've seen them live, an absolutely incredible show for just 2 guys.
The Crystalline Effect, one of the supports (had to include it coz of the funky get-up).
Biggest regret of the night: I'd been really looking fwd to seeing them but by the time they came on my shots had kicked in full effect and I couldn't hear a thing! :'(

No comment necessary ^_^ except that Ronan signed my shirt afterwards and I ironed it straight away and washed it a week later and never wore it again (coz it's a bit tight now, not coz I'm some crazy VNV worshipper).
