You know why I'm happy? You know why I'm happy??! (Haha sorry that's for Panjee!)

Well for one I've finally learnt how to eat yoghurt, or drink it rather. I can't believe no one's ever introduced me to Ski D'lite Peach & Mango Yoghurt To Go before. Maybe coz it takes 5 mins to say the name and I don't think ppl care that much about my bacterial wellbeing. For anyone who doesn't eat yoghurt everyday, here's some reasons to:

1. Contains more calcium and protein than milk (according to this site).

2. May protect against some cancers by decreasing the level of carcinogens in the intestines.

3. The bacteria produces enzyme lactase which reduces the amount of lactose - good for lactose-intolerant ppl. Asians have no excuse now.

4. Provides relief from vaginal infections. (Incidentally, when the real Casanova died he was suffering from a urinary tract infection. That's what love does to you ^_^)

5. May increase longevity - parts of the world where fresh yoghurt is eaten on a daily basis are well known for the remarkable longevity of their populations (I so did not copy + paste that).

6. Enhances the immune system and consequently: has a long-term protective effect on the heart; reduces gastrointestinal problems e.g. diarrhoea, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, flatulence, non-specific stomach aches.

7. Helps prevent and treat food allergies by decreasing the antibodies that cause allergic reactions e.g. eczema, asthma, pneumonia.

8. Protects against toxins e.g. blocks liver damage caused by alcohol.

It feels like there's a party in my intestines and everyone's invited!

I'm also happy coz I now have a Cawbie Bear and a pretty bouquet of flowers that my mum's eating breakfast in front of right now (and crying on the inside coz my dad doesn't believe in romance) and a free rose from Easy Way coz they're way cool. You know who else is cool? Heath :D~ oh Heath......!!
