(no subject)
Ok, got some pics of the new baby, but other things first.
Today was Mallorie's birthday party. When the party started at 2 o'clock, it was really hot out. By the time the party ended (actually it ended because of this) an hour and a half later, everything was wet because a big storm had come in. But it was fun. I took Hatter and she was chasing all the other kids around, wanting to play with them. Two kids that were there that I didn't know came over to pet Hatter. She just sat there so they could pet her. But when the kids's dad came over to pet Hatter, she started growling. She doesn't care much for adult men. My sister Shannon and her family almost had to leave because some kid pushed her youngest son, Brandon, down, and so her oldest son, Jordan started punching the kid. Jordan is like 3 times the size of the kid, and he was punching him!. I don't know if the kid pushed Brandon on purpose or if it was an accident. But after the adults stopped it, the kids dad took him for a walk and Jordan's dad made him sit in the car for awhile.
I didn't get any cake though. When they started handing out cake, I took Hatter for a little walk. I thought I'd take her for a walk because I knew if she was there with everyone eating cake, she'd try to steal some. So I decided to take her for a walk, then when I got back, if someone was done they could take her for a walk while I had some cake. But when I got back like 10 minutes later, all the cake and everything had been put away, so I didn't get any. Oh well, it's just cake.
Not long after that, it started thundering so everyone started to leave. A couple minutes later, started raining. Raining hard. So my mom tried to rush me and Hatter home. She pulled up to my house and it was raining so bad that Hatter didn't want to get out of the car, but I finally pulled her out. The whole time home I was thinking "Oh please don't let my Harry Potter book be there yet. I don't want it to get wet". But right when my mom pulled into my driveway, the mailman was just putting my mail in my mailbox. So the book didn't get wet (yay). I haven't had a chance to read much of it yet, just the first two chapters. But I'll read more later.

Mallorie doing her "I'm gonna get you!" face. I don't have a flash on my digi, so it came out dark. I tried to fix the brightness in Photoshop, but it just messed it up more.

Steph and Mallorie with cake on face. After we sang Happy Birthday to Mallorie, Steph grabbed a piece of cake and smooshed it into Mall's face. Then Steph's husband came over and did the same to Steph. God, can you believe Steph just had a baby not even 48 hours before??
