Only took them three months to put it in the paper. I'm fairly proud of this one though. I feel like I wrote this one on my own for the most part. And it feels kind of creative to me. Nothing special, but something. It was suppose to be on A1, but they bumped it back to B1 because they didn't think my art, photos, were good enough for the front page. That's their fault though for thinking that it wasn't important enough to send one of the photographers out with me. I don't think many of them ever thought it would back it to press. Whatever.
If you happen to go look at it, the link to the right of the story that says See video, has some footage I took and they made me to a voice over on it. It's funny to everyone around here, including me, that I'm reading my story and talking about how thrilling the whole thing was but you wouldn't know it from my monotone voice. They said it was like having Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh read the news. I laughed, but it kinda upset me a bit. But whatever.
