Fitting together
It's amazing how quickly things become a part of your life. We just got Colt on Thursday. We had a vet appointment yesterday morning for Colt to get a checkup and to get neutered. That's 4 short days between the time we got him and the time we left him at the vet for the surgery. When we went home after, it felt weird not having him with us. It felt weird when we went to bed last night and he wasn't there. It felt weird this morning when he wasn't jumping on me to help the other dogs and girls wake me up.
4 days. Such a short time and such a large impact.
We pick him up this evening. Supposedly the proceedure went well - hopefully the bloodwork and heartworm tests come back clean. I can't wait to pick him up and get our pack back to full strength.
