I'm still contemplating which prompts I want to claim, but there are a couple that are VERY tempting. (Like, um, nuns! And Civil War soldiers! OMG. I have this whole IDEA for the soldier thing... meep.)
So yeah, check it out. I think stories are due August 15th, but you know me, I never really read those due dates very closely. *facepalm*
I got home at about 8:45 and promptly lay down on the couch, 'cause I was feeling kind of tired. I didn't fall asleep, but I lay there for a long time, getting sleepier and sleepier and finally I decided, whatever, I'll go to bed. Even though it was 9:20. I thought, hey, it'll be great, I can get an early start tomorrow, I'll do laundry, have a long workout at the gym, etc. So I went to sleep and woke up again at 11:00 (feeling like it had been much longer! I was shocked when I checked the clock! Oy.) I tried to go back to sleep for a good forty minutes and couldn't, so I finally gave up and turned on the computer to check my flist, which was sadly neglected today. Found some cool things (like did I mention the spn_xx prompts are up?) and spent part of the time thinking that I really should do some WRITING, sheesh.
Naps always give me this weird vaguely sick feeling and that's what I feel like now. :-/ I guess it doesn't work to go to bed at 9:30 when you went to sleep at 2:00 the night before. Whatever. *sigh*
Okay, hey, while I have you here! Does anybody have any reccomendations for a good, somewhat cheap (like, something I can get at the drugstore, preferably?) eyeliner? Mine is running out. I want a pencil, but I like the kind of soft, creamy ones. My favorite one, which is running out, is an Avon kind, and I don't really want to have to ORDER it, you know? I want to find something comparable at the drugstore.
I also need a new mascara, but I'm happy with the kind I get, so I can just get that again (unless you know of a cheap mascara that I OMG have to try!)
I'm going to the gym tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it just a riDICulous amount.
