Numb3rs 3x24: "The Janus List"
HOLY FUCK WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT.
You guys, I was SQUEALING, honest-to-god, no words, SQUEAKING noises coming from me, by the end.
(which, honestly, is not that unusual for me!)
Okay, here's the thing. I think Colby's coming back. Over at the fanrush forums, Cheryl posted (back in March) saying,
"Questions about Colby's background will all be answered --
Early in Season 4."

I was angrier about the episode before I saw that post, because to me it implies that he'll be back for the season, even if it's also possible that, like, the team will be discussing it.
But even with that said, Colby has gotten to be my FAVORITE character, and whether it's all somehow a mistake or not, I'm kind of PISSED at that kind of character assassination, even if it only lasts for a few months before we find out he's REALLY a good guy. I'm actually upset about this, which is ridiculous. Numb3rs almost never gets me emotional. *sigh* Usually I find it too lame.
On that note, the rest of the episode? Fucking FANTASTIC. elysium1996, right before I signed off you said something like, "Your dad will like this episode," and I mentioned that to him because he'd been thinking about not watching it. At the end of the ep, he told me to tell you you were right. :-)
It was exciting, and interesting, and I loved Charlie (writing on the window! OMG!) and Don (trying to stop Charlie from writing on the window! OMG!) and Megan (coming back all jaded and worn out and OMG "I can't do this anymore," FUCK, I love this side of her an AMAZING amount) and David (SO BETRAYED along with everybody in the audience *cries*). Amita... was fine. She didn't do much, but, OH! Haha, every time she and Charlie had a scene together throughout the episode, I'd be going, "When are they going to KISS already?" and then after he almost died she came up and kissed him right there and awww, I liked that. (I really never thought I'd see the day when I would become a Charmita 'shipper.)
Favorite parts of this episode:
--Megan. I'm not kidding about how much I am in love with this side of her.
--Colby, up until suddenly everything we know about him was turned right the FUCK on its head and it was revealed that he's a traitor. *cries*
--The parts where I got to sit there contemplating Megan/Colby. Heh.
--...pretty much everything else.
But I'm still pissed.
