Well, I actually don't have a problem when people have total body art. I think some of those tattoo sleeves are sexy. I watched Miami Ink for years and always thought the whole torso covered in ink was a beautiful thing... because they usually told a story or were one giant master piece.
Just randomly inking things on yourself doesn't seem like a great idea. I mean, they can do what they want... but... you know... they are young. I'm old. I know they will turn 40 some day and be like "wtf did I get this for and how do I get rid of it?" LOL.
Also, my New Kids on the Block released a new album this week. They have been doing this for 25 years and in a recent interview, the interviewer called them the Godfathers of the Boy Band. As such the interviewer asked them to settle the debate on who is a boy band and who isn't.
Donnie Wahlberg hadn't heard of One Direction but they played "You don't know you're beautiful" and Donnie couldn't sit still. He had to get up and dance, saying "that song made my hips twitch." He said 1D is a boyband. Joey disagreed because 1D doesn't dance. haha. I laughed and thought of you while I watched.
Sometimes I think that 1D are using their tattoos to, like, document their crazy lives and also that they're sort of one of the few things that they can have full control over and basically I get very emotional about it sometimessss. LIKE I HAVE A WHOLE THEORY ABOUT THE BUTTERFLY but I can't even say what it is bc I will just embarrass myself.

You make a valid point. I can't imagine being that young and having the lives they do. It's hard to figure out who the hell you are when you're watched by millions. Hell I wasn't watched by millions and I am STILL figuring out who the hell I am and who I'm not. haha.
I would love to hear your theory about the butterfly. You know my email works, right? ;) No embarrassment from me. Hello, you're talking to a 33 year old who bought the iTunes version of #10 by the New Kids only to go out and get another hard copy at Target today because it had 2 extra songs on it. #Block Head #from back in the day. That's how I roll.
And I think Donnie has been a little busy... you know, what with recording a new album, preparing for a tour, and oh yeah, finishing Season 3 of Blue Bloods and getting ready for Season 4. LOL. So that might be why he didn't know about 1D (plus he has sons, not daughters to teach him these things.) But he liked the beat. :)
