And here I am thinking you were talking about the *Chicago* Bears. Who also won this weekend. Quite nicely. Now, as for college rivalries, well Navy beat Army for the fifth straight time. And I thought I was recording while I was gone, but really I was recording some crap from the channel one below the one that was airing the game. Dammit.

Hee! I'm so not into sports that I couldn't really have told you there was another team called the Bears, other than Cal's. Occasionally I'll watch a baseball or football game if one of the local teams is playing, or if it's a big event, like the Super Bowl, but other than that I never watch sports.

Congrats on your Bears, though, and, ugh! I'm sorry about the recording. I hate it when that happens. I don't know if our TV/VCR set-up is more complicated than some, or if I'm just more dense, but everytime I want to tape something, I always find myself looking at the manual.

Thanks for reading! (It's nice to see you again!) :-)

I'm a huge sports fan. Mostly of Chicago teams, cause I'm from Illinois. I bought a nice dvd recorder so I could record my shows. But my cable is a little messed up, so the actual numbers for the channel are a little off from the way they're listed. Usually I can compensate, but I was in ahurry. The first production of our play was at 2, and we had never even done a full run-through yet!

When I watch sports, I spend most of the time just kind of... ogling the hot guys. Is that bad? :-) I get the appeal, I just don't really feel it.

Ahh, I've had experiences like that (on a very very amateur level.) How did it go?
